Our experience covers the full range of business growth: franchise recruitment for national names, running a £78M, 200-store retail brand as Managing Director, and growing a brand from start-up to over 100 stores across the UK, USA, Portugal, Spain and Poland.
We have worked at executive level with Essar and The Co-op, advised well-known hospitality and retail brands including TGP International, Maguro Group and Bunsik, You Me Sushi, Cash Converters and CeX, and been invited as an expert adviser to the UK Parliamentary Select Committee on franchising.
That is a lot of hard-won judgement about what makes a business work: what to fix, what to build and what to leave alone.
Why we added AI. Alongside the commercial side, we build real AI-powered software, live platforms used by the public such as StoryWizard, RetailSense, MoveWizard and CharityEPOS.
That changes what is possible for a small business. The analysis, marketing systems and tools that once needed a big team and a big budget can now be built quickly and affordably. Wizardtec exists to put that within reach of local firms in Cheshire and the Liverpool City Region.

movewizard.ukAn entire business's paper processes moved onto a tablet, with full recording by voice, text or video. It saves over 500 person-hours a week.
A research tool for retail professionals looking at shops and retail property. Around 200 retail professionals visit the site every day to research locations.
retailsense.co.ukA groundbreaking book-creating tool where children write their own illustrated story and receive it as a real printed book. It has become a popular way for children to become published authors, and was featured by the BBC.
storywizard.ukAn AI-led till for charity shops: scan an item and it is priced, named and listed automatically. It manages stock turn, integrates with eBay and collects Gift Aid.
